Sarah has been practicing yoga on and off (in time, and the mat) for most of her adult life. In 2015, She traveled to India where she received her RYT 500 from Rishikesh Yog Peeth. After her training she spent that year traveling the country learning different healing therapies and meditation techniques to add to her growing path and calling as a healer. Other interests of hers include art and art therapy, Ayurveda, free diving, travel and belly dancing.
Sarah’s classes incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, philosophy and asana (poses). As a dedicated vipassana meditator she likes to encourage her students in mindful awareness and loving kindness towards themselves and the world through thought, speech, and action. Her students are encouraged to look within and follow their body’s and heart’s intuition within each pose, surrendering each moment in love, gratitude and forgiveness.
