Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet practice that achieves deep and intense stretching of the connective tissues surrounding the joints, allowing for greater flexibility over time. In this hour-long class, we will focus on opening the hips while releasing all tension from the body. While the practice is appropriate for everyone, it is not necessarily “easy”. The depth and intensity of the work can be challenging both physically and mentally. Of course, modifications will be offered for all levels. Please join us!
