Ronit

Ronit has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2019. Initially, Ronit chose Yoga to offset the harm and chronic stress years of gymnastics took on her body. She wanted to maintain her strength and flexibility and thought Yoga would be perfect. Yoga was amazing, but not only for her body. She found peace and a sense of calm with her Yoga practice. Yoga continues to relieve Ronit of her aches and pains, but also helps her breathe through life’s changes and uncertainties. Her gymnastics background was always about pushing herself past a natural limit, because of this Ronit is very focused on alignment, maintaining strength with flexibility, and healthy boundaries in one’s Yoga practice. She encourages everyone to focus on their own bodies and to trust their limits.
