|On the yoga mat Maggie creates a learning environment where students can focus and go deep, while still smiling! She sees herself as a catalyst for both inner and outer transformation of the Self. Through this, work on the Self, students can train their muscles, (physical muscles as well as those muscles of the head, heart and spirit) to best support all the challenges life presents. Students can expect to experience a variety of asana, mantra, pranayana and sometimes meditation. Her classes are upbeat and include options to explore all ability levels.
Maggie has been practicing yoga and meditating for over fifteen years and has been teaching for seven years.
