This workshop will give you the tools to develop your home practice and will give teachers new sequencing techniques to lead a vinyasa flow class with clarity and creativity! Together we will break down various vinyasa flow segments to explore sequencing that opens the body as interconnected muscle groups. We will also focus on smooth and efficient transitions between poses and subtle adjustment techniques. Teachers and students will create and practice their own sequence with a partner and get feedback. Come enjoy this opportunity to elevate your practice and teachings (You may want to bring a notepad and pen)!

Wade is a student of oneness and is known globally for his innovative approach and inspirational teachings. He uses his passion of discovering alternative techniques for healing the body, expanding the mind and flourishing the spirit as he leads students in events, workshops and retreats around the world. In addition to his creative, light-hearted and unique Vinyasa Flow sequences, each offering is tailored to showcase other limbs of yoga. Wade’s teaching philosophy follows the Advaitic principles of oneness to create a sense of connection and community while supporting and challenging each student to their full potential.
