With Steve Willette, the Living Yoga Center and Jim Lorr, Urbana Acupuncture

These workshops are inspired by the benefits experienced from receiving acupuncture following a yoga practice.

Steve will begin by leading a gentle Hatha yoga practice designed to stimulate and balance the parasympathetic nervous system. During the final restorative pose, Jim will offer community acupuncture. Join us for this exploration of balance and harmony.
