The Chakra system is a model for the flow of energy that runs through all life and the human energy system.  It is like a ladder that takes us from the physical realm of substance up through the workings of the higher mind and spirit and into the realm of Divine Consciousness.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the charka system and practice asanas (yoga postures) to complement each charka.  Students will learn how to incorporate the charkas into their everyday lives.

Peggy will play a Native American flute with tones specifically associated with each chakra as they are discussed and then explored through asana.

Class size is limited to 15 participants.  Advance registration is requested.

$30 per person
