Join Maggie and Jodi for an evening of sweet surrender accompanied by live cello music, followed by chocolate! The practice will combine nurturing restorative yoga poses and autumn inspired aromatherapy using essential oils to engage your senses.  Adjustments will be offered to ensure you are comfortable and at ease throughout the practice.   Expect to drift away into a very relaxed state of meditation.
