Experience deeper poses, greater balance, compassion, trust and play during partner yoga. Maggie will guide you and your partner through yoga poses that use counter-balance and collaboration. This workshop will include Asana, partner stretching, monkeying around, and “flying.” Come ready to play! No prior partner yoga experience required.
