The cost for each 4-week Practice Pod is $50.00.
Pre-registration/payment for the full month-long Pods is required. Please use the links above to register/pay by credit card or email us at heartsopening@gmail.com to register/pay with cash or check.
**Once the months’ Practice Pods have begun, the registration links are no longer available.**
We Welcome drop-ins to our established Practice Pods (when space allows). Pre-registration is requested. Please email your request for a specific practice(s) to heartsopening@gmail.com. The cost for each drop-in practice is $20.00 (cash/check) payable at the time of the practice.
Our LYC Practice Pods provide a safe, nurturing, shared space in which to practice yoga and build community.

Experience The Power of Sanctuary at Living Yoga Center
A pod is a sanctuary.
To provide a safe sanctuary in which we can practice yoga together and build community, we have taken nature’s example and created LYC Practice Pods.
LYC Practice Pods are:
The same members (peas) practicing with their teacher for 4 consecutive weeks (pod).
Our inclusive nature and handicapped accessible building provide a safe sanctuary for all.

Private Yoga Sessions
90 minute private yoga with Steve is a wonderful way to have your practice personalized to your needs.
One private practice is $90.00 or three for $195.00. Please contact Steve to discuss and schedule your private practice.
