Whether you’re training for your next competitive event, or athletics is a regular part of your lifestyle, Yoga for Athletes can change up your game – both physically and mentally.  This short course is designed to compliment and enhance your athletic activities by focusing on:


  • core strength
  • mental toughness
  • flexibility
  • balance
  • the important role of recovery


You’ll develop tools to use outside of class that will help you avoid injury, improve your performance, and increase the overall enjoyment of your activity.  Come prepared to sweat, build endurance and challenge yourself in new ways.  If you use a training log, bring it along!
