Meditation has many benefits, including creating a deeper connection between mind and body and cultivating awareness of what is happening in the present.

This silent meditation mini-retreat will allow you to take a few hours out of your day to turn inward. The retreat will include a gentle yoga practice, some guided meditation practices, a mindful eating activity, and non-guided sitting and walking meditations. At the end of the day, we will transition from being silent to closing with a discussion of the experience. Although previous mediation experience may be helpful, the retreat is open to anyone interested in exploring a mindfulness meditation practice.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a snack to eat that does not need to be cooked or refrigerated.

This is a donation-based event. Class size is limited. Advance registration is requested.
