Join Lisa Haake for a workshop offering evidence-based yoga tools for lifting and energizing a depressed mood. Based on the LifeForce Yoga approach, these tools are simple enough to use everyday and include posture, breathing and visualization. 

Class size is limited to 20 participants. Advance registration is requested.

$30 per person (register and pay by February 22nd and receive $5.00 off)

Lisa Haake is a licensed marriage & family therapist with a Ph.D. in Human Development, and a certified yoga instructor with specialized training in therapeutic yoga. She brings her experience as a psychotherapist to her yoga teaching with sensitivity to the mental and emotional worlds that affect well-being and relationships with ones self and others.
