New Class Beginning January 3rd-Early Morning Yoga Three Days A Week!

Wake up your body, settle your mind and find your breath. Join Lynn/Erin for Early Morning Yoga Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00-8:00 am. These hour-long, all levels classes are designed to help you find foundational strength, freedom of movement and a connection to your breath. A great way to start your day!

Donation Based Practices at The Living Yoga Center

Yoga Gives Sundays 4:00-5:30 pm 
On most Sundays from 4-5:30 pm, we offer Yoga Gives, a yoga practice designed to rejuvenate the spirit, invigorate the mind, strengthen the body, and open the heart.  These are donation based classes which means there is no class fee although a minimum donation of $5.00 is suggested.  Every month a local not-for-profit organization will be the recipient of the collected donations.
Mindful Meditation Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30-5:00 pm
Present moment awareness can be elusive and we often find ourselves distracted or lost in thought. Through the training and practice of mindful meditation we can discover a calm amidst our to-do lists and more fully appreciate the gift of each day. Mindful Meditation is a donation-based gathering (pay what you feel is right for you) and is open to the entire community.

mobile YOGA

mobile YOGA is an outreach program offering yoga to Champaign County businesses and organizations with the goal of bringing our nurturing sanctuary to their work or meeting place.  Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about mobile YOGA.


Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga is a wonderful way to have your practice personalized to your needs. Our teachers are matched to you so that you can get the most out of your sessions.

The individualized attention can focus on:

Deepening your understanding of the practice itself

Healing from an injury

Overcoming health issues

Using your practice in a therapeutic way

Working on your practice in a private space with one-on-one attention

Taking one or two sessions as an introduction to Yoga

Tailoring your practice to your specific sport

Focusing on meditation
