Yogic Play

Experience deeper poses, greater balance, compassion, trust and play in this unique class. It’s a blend of yoga, acrobatics, and movement-based games. Learn yoga poses that use counter-balance and collaboration. This may include Asana, partner stretching, monkeying around, and “flying.” With effective communication and yoga basics in place this class will be easy, safe, and fun. Come open and ready to laugh (and it’s even more fun when you bring a friend!) No prior partner yoga or acrobatic experience required.
